The Starbucks Reserve, in NYC offers a unique experience with some alcoholic and crafted coffee drinks on the menu. The barista said there are some Reserve-only blends and a premium menu of beverages (see menu board). The location is HUGE (being in NY space is precious). The design is sleek and modern, featuring a two-story space with an open-roasted coffee bar. The top floor design features a small eatery and offers tours which need reservation. Overall, it's a great spot for coffee enthusiasts looking for something beyond the typical Starbucks experience.

The espresso martini at Starbucks Reserve was fantastic--rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted. The drinks definitely lived up to the hype! However, the service was just okay; it felt a bit rushed and impersonal for the upscale vibe they're going for. That said, if you're there for the drinks, you won't be disappointed. Worth a visit if you're an espresso martini fan!

I have visited this location before in New York but this time my boyfriend and I did a coffee tasting. He has never liked any kind of coffee so we thought we would see if this experience would change his mind. The experience you have to book online in advance on eventbrite. They have a small blocked off area that is pretty intimate in such a crowded store. There were 2 ladies who walked us through 2 types of coffee (I was expecting more types of coffee). We learned about chemex coffee and how it works. We learned how different region coffee tastes and how to distinguish between the three different continents coffee is grown. The coffee experience taught us how to taste the flavors of coffee and how different flavors (like chocolate before coffee) can affect our taste buds. Over all, all my questions on coffee were answered. I highly recommend this place to visit.

We recently visited the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in NYC, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! We ordered the Classic Espresso Martini, and it was easily one of the best we've had--perfectly balanced with just the right mix of espresso and alcohol. For food, we tried the croissants, pizza bites, hot chocolate, and the chocolate swirl cake. Everything was baked to perfection, but the chocolate swirl cake truly stole the show--rich, indulgent, and absolutely delicious. The hot chocolate was smooth, creamy, and comforting--no complaints there either! The ambiance of the roastery was fantastic, making it a wonderful place to enjoy great drinks and food. The space itself is a treat, with its warm, inviting atmosphere and unique design. It was awesome being in such a beautiful roastery. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and we'll definitely be back for another round of martinis and sweet treats. Highly recommend this spot for coffee and cocktail lovers alike!

Ventured to Chelsea for my very first time at a Reserve Roastery & it is definitely all that and more. This location is so aesthetic and huge. Not sure if it's luck, but it was not crowded & we easily found seating for our party of 5. Ground level has everything, the main coffee bar, merchandise at every corner, and this huge pastry case of just savory & sweet items. Self serve water station had these hard plastic cups that were super cute & reserve branded (not sure if reusable or disposable). If dining in, all drinks come in glass / mugs & they serve the baked goods in this really nice wood trays, I'm a fan. Basement level has the bar, espresso martinis, etc. Upper level has another bar & more seating. All gender restrooms are clean & had an attendant constantly refilling & escorting you to an available door. Now, let's talk about the food, because I'm not a coffee person, but the rest of my party is. Pizza. They had pizza & it actually tasted delish, especially the Funghi & the Salame Piccante. The breakfast sandwiches with proscuitto, yum. My favorite, Pistacchio Mortadella on Olive Sfilatino - I wish I bought 5 more to go. Sweet pastries like their olive oil cake & the chocolate almond torte - amazing. Drinks, great per usual. Friendly staff. Great service. Really enjoyed spending our morning here.

Came here for the first time tonight. Beautiful place! Robert was great, treated my friend and I like royalty. We will be back
